Weird......Dose it 32b model support vision ability ？

i had test the 32b model in locally and set in the WebUI ,it really impressive in the context ,but I found the werid thing ..... wich i wanna try with upload the image ,it just thinking and respone me ,when i try swich to the 14b model ,then .... it not working as well ..... dose some one know why ?
